Frequently asked questions

Who writes Bet on Future?

A small group of people who build and look after software and servers for a living, and who are tired of tools that disappear.

Is this site sponsored?

No. There are no ads, no sponsored posts and no affiliate links. Tools are listed because we use them.

Do you track visitors?

No. There are no analytics scripts, cookies or third-party resources on this site. See the privacy page for details.

How often do you publish?

Every few weeks. Quality over frequency — the RSS feed is the easiest way to follow along.

Can I reuse an article?

Short quotes with a link back are always welcome. For anything longer, please ask first.

Where is the newsletter?

The email digest is paused while we rebuild it. RSS works today and always will.
